Common use of Additional Confirmation Clause in Contracts

Additional Confirmation. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Company hereby specifically confirms, acknowledges and agrees that, as of the date hereof and as of the date of any conversion, the Company owes all such principal, interest and other amounts under the Notes and the other Loan Documents and all of its other obligations under the Notes, the other Loan Documents and the other Transaction Documents in full, without any defense, setoff or reduction of any nature whatsoever (including without limitation any claims released under such release).
