Additional Conditions to the Effective Date. The occurrence of the Effective Date and the obligation of the Banks to make Loans and the Issuing Bank to issue Letters of Credit on the Initial Borrowing Date are subject to the satisfaction, prior to or concurrently with the occurrence of the Effective Date and the making of Loans and the issuance of Letters of Credit on the Initial Borrowing Date of the other conditions precedent set forth below, each in a manner reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Banks:
