Additional Conditions to Obligations of the Sellers. The obligations of the Sellers to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby shall be subject to the satisfaction, as approved by the Sellers, or waiver by the Sellers, in the Sellers’ sole discretion, of each of the following conditions; provided, however, that, no Closing Condition set forth in this Section 8.3 is or shall be deemed to be a covenant on the part of the Purchaser:
