Common use of Additional Components Clause in Contracts

Additional Components. (a) In addition to the terms and conditions set out herein, the Agreement also includes the information set out in The Hub and any Schedules. (b) The Merchant also agrees that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇’s Use Policy is incorporated by reference into this Agreement and provides additional terms and conditions related to the Services. This document is an “Ancillary Document” for the purpose of this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, neither the Ancillary Documents nor the parts of this Agreement that incorporate the terms of the Ancillary Documents constitute “framework contracts” for the purpose of the EU Payment Services Directive, as amended from time to time or any implementation of that directive in the EU or EEA (including, without limitation, the UK Payment Services Regulations 2017, as amended from time to time). (c) The Merchant accepts all of the documents and/or rules listed in this clause 14.11 as part of this Agreement.
