This Agreement includes the Terms and Conditions appended as Addendum 1, the Presentation Requirements and Statement of Work, appended as Addendum 2 which each party also accepts as part of this Agreement. The Terms and Conditions as well as the PayPal Website Payments Pro Agreement refer to Skype as ‘Merchant’.
