Additional Commitment Amount Clause Samples
The "Additional Commitment Amount" clause defines the terms under which a lender may provide extra funds beyond the original loan commitment. Typically, this clause outlines the conditions, procedures, and limitations for increasing the loan amount, such as requiring borrower requests, lender approval, and possible adjustments to repayment schedules or interest rates. Its core practical function is to offer flexibility in financing, allowing borrowers to access additional capital when needed while ensuring that both parties understand the process and obligations involved.
