Additional Coinbase Services Clause Samples
The "Additional Coinbase Services" clause defines the terms under which users may access and utilize services offered by Coinbase beyond its primary cryptocurrency exchange functions. This may include features such as staking, lending, or wallet services, each of which may have separate eligibility requirements, fees, or operational guidelines. Additional Coinbase Services. In addition to the core services (i.e. the E-Money Services and the Digital Currency Services), the following services ("Additional Services") may be made available by Coinbase Europe (or another member of the Coinbase Group, as defined at Section 2.6 below) to users that fulfil certain eligibility criteria:
(A) an order book exchange platform for Digital Currencies (as further described in Appendix
Additional Coinbase Services. In addition to the core services (i.e. the E-Money Services and the Digital Currency Services), the following services ("Additional Services") may be made available by Coinbase Europe (or another member of the Coinbase Group, as defined at Section 2.6 below) to users that fulfil certain eligibility criteria:
(A) an order book exchange platform for Digital Currencies (as further described in Appendix 4) (“Coinbase Pro”);
(B) development applications provided by Coinbase (as further described in Appendix 5) (“Developer’s Tools”); and
(C) staking services (as further described in Appendix 6) (“Staking Services”).
Additional Coinbase Services. In addition to the core services, the following services ("Additional Services") may be made available by Coinbase UK to users that fulfil certain eligibility criteria:
(1) an order book exchange platform for Digital Currencies (as further described in Appendix 4) (“Coinbase Pro”);
(2) development applications provided by Coinbase (as further described in Appendix 5) (“Developer’s Tools”); and
(3) staking services, if available in your country, (as further described in Appendix 6)("Staking Services").
Additional Coinbase Services. In addition to the core services (i.e. the E-Money Services and the Crypto Asset Services), additional services (“Additional Services”) may be made available by ▇▇ ▇▇▇, Coinbase Ireland, or another member of the Coinbase Group (as defined at Section 2.6 below), to users that fulfil certain eligibility criteria, including, without limitation, the Additional Services described in Appendix 3. In addition to the core services (i.e. the E-Money Services and the Digital Asset Services), additional services ("Additional Services") may be made available by Coinbase Payments or another member of the Coinbase Group, as defined at Section 2.5 below to users that fulfill certain eligibility criteria, including, without limitation, the Additional Services described in Appendix 3. You may also elect to hold Supported Digital Assets in “Coinbase Vault” as further described in Section 5.17. Unless otherwise noted, all references to Digital Asset Wallet include Coinbase Vault.
Additional Coinbase Services. In addition to the core services (i.e. the Fiat Services and the Digital Asset Services), additional services ("Additional Services") may be made available by Coinbase Australia (or another member of the Coinbase Group, as defined at Section 2.5 below) to users that fulfil certain eligibility criteria, including, without limitation, the Additional Services described in Appendix 3. You may also elect to hold Supported Digital Assets in “Coinbase Vault” as further described in Section 5.18. Unless otherwise noted, all references to Digital Asset Wallet include Coinbase Vault. You may also elect to use Coinbase Wallet (an unhosted wallet service), for which different Terms of Service apply.
