Common use of Additional Certifications Clause in Contracts

Additional Certifications. Any certificate signed by any director or officer of the Company and delivered to one or more Remarketing Agents or to counsel for the Remarketing Agents in connection with an offering of Notes to one or more Remarketing Agents as principal or through a Remarketing Agent as agent shall be deemed a representation and warranty by the Company to such Remarketing Agent or Agents as to the matters covered thereby.
