Additional Cash Flow Amortization. Agent shall make disbursements from the Facility Escrow Account to repay the principal of the Facility in the amount of the Additional Cash Flow Amortization upon the satisfaction of the conditions set forth, and to the extent provided, in the Security Agreement.
