ADDITIONAL BONUS PROVISION. In the event that the Company obtains additional financing to support its longer term business and strategic plan, during the calendar year 2006, from March 1st, 2006, the Officer will be entitled to a performance bonus of 2.5% of the funds raised as a cash bonus. Bonuses for future years will be discussed and proposed by the compensation committee and shared with the Executive prior to the end of the first month of each new calendar year.
