ADDITIONAL BILLS. Any bills paid by LANDLORD on TENANT’s behalf (i.e. charges for TENANT’s failure to maintain PREMISES in a condition to satisfy city, homeowner association, and/or lease requirements; TENANT’s unpaid utlities; charges for repair of damage caused by TENANT, occupants, or guests; etc.) will be billed to TENANT by LANDLORD for immediate reimbursement.
