Common use of Additional Batches Clause in Contracts

Additional Batches. XOMA will fulfill purchase orders submitted by Onyx in accordance with Section 5.3 for Batches in excess of Onyx's minimum commitments pursuant to this Section 5.2, up to a maximum of the normal and commercially reasonable capacity of the Suite (which the Parties agree is at least [*] Batches per year).
