Additional Authorized Use of Confidential Information. The Parties acknowledge that they each may engage in fundraising activities with private investors. In such event, the Parties may disclose the existence of this Agreement, including its terms and subject matter, under terms of confidentiality no less strict than those contained in this Agreement, to such investors or potential investors in or potential licensees of the disclosing Party conducting due diligence in each instance.
