Additional Audits. 40.16.1. In addition to the above, where Transnet has reasonable grounds to believe that the Service Provider is not complying with its obligations under this Agreement, it shall, at its cost, be entitled to carry out further audit exercises relating to the Services, to verify compliance with the terms of the Agreement.
