Alternative Work Schedule An alternate forty (40) hour work schedule (other than five (5) uniform and consecutive eight (8) hour days in a seven (7) day period), or for hospital personnel an eighty (80) hour workweek in a fourteen (14) day period and other mutually agreed upon schedules that comply with applicable federal and state law. Employee work schedules normally include two (2) consecutive days off.
INSPECTION, ACCEPTANCE AND REJECTION a. All Goods will be subject to Mercy Corps' inspection and testing (which may be done by a third party authorized by Mercy Corps), at any time and place, including the period of manufacture/production/creation and before final acceptance. If Mercy Corps inspects or tests at Supplier's premises, Supplier, without additional charge, will provide all reasonable facilities and assistance for the safety and convenience of Mercy Corps' inspectors. No inspection or testing done or not done before final inspection and acceptance will relieve Supplier from responsibility for defects or for other failure to meet the requirements of this Agreement. Required Acceptance of Daily Load Deliveries and Notification If the State is harmed by purchaser’s refusal to accept up to 10 truck deliveries of any one sort per day, Purchaser will be in breach of contract and subject to damages as per the D-026.2 and D-027.2 clauses. ACCEPTANCE TESTS 11.1 If the Contract provides acceptance tests for Goods and/or the result of Services after their completion and/or delivery to the Purchaser, the acceptance shall only be considered as definitive when such tests have demonstrated the compliance of the Goods and/or the result of the Services to the requirements in the Contract.
