Common use of Addition, Release of Guarantors Clause in Contracts

Addition, Release of Guarantors. Each Guarantor recognizes that the provisions of the Credit Agreement require Persons that become Subsidiaries of the Borrower and that are not already parties hereto to become Guarantors hereunder by executing a Guarantor Accession, and agrees that its obligations hereunder shall not be discharged, limited or otherwise affected by reason of the same, or by reason of the Administrative Agent’s actions in effecting the same or in releasing any Guarantor hereunder, in each case without the necessity of giving notice to or obtaining the consent of any other Guarantor.

Addition, Release of Guarantors. Each Guarantor recognizes that the provisions of the Credit Agreement require Persons that become Material U.S. Subsidiaries of the Borrower Crawford and that are not already parties hereto to become Guarantors hereunder by executing a Guarantor Accession, and agrees that its obligations hereunder shall not be discharged, limited or otherwise affected by reason of the same, or by reason of the Administrative Agent’s actions in effecting the same or in releasing any Guarantor hereunder, in each case without the necessity of giving notice to or obtaining the consent of any other Guarantor.

Each Guarantor recognizes that the provisions of the Credit Loan Agreement require certain Persons that become Subsidiaries subsidiaries of the Borrower and that are not already parties hereto to become Guarantors hereunder by executing a Guarantor Accession, and agrees that its obligations hereunder shall not be discharged, limited or otherwise affected by reason of the same, or by reason of the Administrative AgentLender’s actions in effecting the same or in releasing any Guarantor hereunder, in each case without the necessity of giving notice to or obtaining the consent of any other Guarantor.

Each Guarantor recognizes that the provisions of the Credit Agreement require Persons that become Material Domestic Subsidiaries of the Borrower Crawford and that are not already parties hereto to become Guarantors hereunder by executing a Guarantor Accession, and agrees that its obligations hereunder shall not be discharged, limited or otherwise affected by reason of the same, or by reason of the Administrative Agent’s actions in effecting the same or in releasing any Guarantor hereunder, in each case without the necessity of giving notice to or obtaining the consent of any other Guarantor.
