Addictions Strategy. Each prison will: devise and deliver a local action plan to implement and deliver the current SPS Substance Misuse Strategy that : o achieves a balance in meeting drug, alcohol and tobacco related needs; o combines clinical treatment care and support with offender case management and essential services; and o seek to further improve throughcare services.
