Common use of ADDENDUM Clause in Contracts

ADDENDUM. This grant of Units shall be subject to any special terms and conditions set forth in any Addendum to this Agreement for the Employee’s country. Moreover, if the Employee relocates to one of the countries included in the Addendum, the special terms and conditions for such country will apply to the Employee, to the extent the Company determines that the application of such terms and conditions is necessary or advisable in order to comply with local law or facilitate the administration of the Program (or the Company may establish alternative terms and conditions as may be necessary or advisable to accommodate the Employee’s relocation). The Addendum constitutes part of this Agreement.

Moreover, if the Employee relocates to one of the countries included in the Addendum, the special terms and conditions for such country will apply to the Employee, to the extent the Company determines that the application of such terms and conditions is necessary or advisable in order to comply with local law or facilitate the administration of the Program (or the Company may establish alternative terms and conditions as may be necessary or advisable to accommodate the Employee’s relocation). The Addendum constitutes part of this Agreement.

Moreover, if the Employee Director relocates to one of the countries included in the AddendumAddendum (if any), the special terms and conditions for such country will apply to the EmployeeDirector, to the extent the Company determines that the application of such terms and conditions is necessary or advisable in order to comply with local law or facilitate the administration of the Program (or the Company may establish alternative terms and conditions as may be necessary or advisable to accommodate the EmployeeDirector’s relocation). The Any such Addendum constitutes shall constitute part of this Agreement.
