ADDENDUM. Effective as of May 11, 1999 (the “Effective Date”), Healthtrust, Inc. — The Hospital Company (“Healthtrust”) assigned, transferred and conveyed its 100% limited liability company interest in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Hospital, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“LLC”), to LifePoint Hospitals, Inc. (“LifePoint Inc.”), whereupon LifePoint Inc. became the sole member of LLC. Attached hereto is a copy of the Limited Liability Company Agreement of LLC (the “Agreement”). The undersigned hereby agrees to be bound by all of the terms and provisions of the Agreement, and further agrees that, from and after the Effective Date, all references in the Agreement to Healthtrust as the sole member (the “Member”) shall be deemed to be references to LifePoint Inc. as the Member.

ADDENDUM. Effective as of May 11, 1999 (the “Effective Date”), HealthtrustLifePoint Hospitals, Inc. — The Hospital Company (“HealthtrustLifePoint Inc.”) assigned, transferred and conveyed its 100% limited liability company interest in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Hospital, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“LLC”), to LifePoint HospitalsHospitals Holdings, Inc. The undersigned hereby agrees to be bound by all of the terms and provisions of the Agreement, and further agrees that, from and after the Effective Date, all references in the Agreement to Healthtrust LifePoint Inc. as the sole member (the “Member”) shall be deemed to be references to LifePoint Holdings Inc. as the Member.

ADDENDUM. The undersigned hereby agrees to be bound by all of the terms and provisions of the Agreement, and further agrees that, from and after the Effective Date, all references in the Agreement to Healthtrust as the sole member (the “Member”) shall be deemed to be references to LifePoint Inc. as the Member.
