Addendum Or Variation. The Guarantor by this guarantee authorises the Contractor and the Authority to make any addendum or variation to the Contract, the due and punctual performance of which addendum and variation shall be likewise guaranteed by the Guarantor in accordance with the terms of this guarantee.

  • Addendum to Agreement Students who do not complete an AA/AS degree can use the prescribed curriculum in a statewide transfer articulation agreement as a common advising guide for transfer to all public institutions that offer the designated bachelor’s degree program. Please note the following:

  • ADDENDUM A Your RSUs shall be subject to any additional provisions set forth in Addendum A to this Agreement for your country, if any. If you relocate to one of the countries included in Addendum A, the additional provisions for such country shall apply to you, without your consent, to the extent the Company determines that the application of such provisions is necessary or advisable for legal or administrative reasons.   • Amendment of Exhibit A Upon the admission of a Substituted Limited Partner, the General Partner shall amend Exhibit A to reflect the name, address, number of Partnership Units, and Percentage Interest of such Substituted Limited Partner and to eliminate or adjust, if necessary, the name, address and interest of the predecessor of such Substituted Limited Partner.

  • Reproduction of Agreement Copies of this Agreement shall be printed at the expense of the Board within thirty days after the Agreement is signed by both parties. A copy will be presented to all teachers employed by the Board, plus five (5) copies for the Association.

  • Implementation of Agreement Each Party must promptly execute all documents and do all such acts and things as is necessary or desirable to implement and give full effect to the provisions of this Agreement.
