ADDENDUM OR RIDER Sample Clauses
An Addendum or Rider clause allows for modifications or additions to an existing contract without rewriting the entire agreement. This clause specifies that any changes, such as new terms, clarifications, or additional obligations, must be documented in a separate written document that is formally attached to and made part of the original contract. By providing a structured way to update or supplement the contract, this clause ensures that all parties clearly understand and agree to any amendments, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over informal or undocumented changes.
