Add Services. EOHHS will not factor Value-Added Service into its calculation of the Contractor’s Capitation Rate, meaning the Contractor is responsible for the cost of all Value-Added Services. The Contractor must include a description of the Value-Added Services offering in all Member Materials as described in section 2.05.10 of this Agreement. The Contractor may include use Value-Added Services offerings as a Marketing tool and include the service array in Marketing Materials.
