Adaptively Managing. As the first two-year period has concluded, the existing workplan has been updated and accompanies this Management Strategy. The purpose of updating the two-year work plan will be to maximize the effectiveness of the methods utilized to increase the knowledge and capacity building of local leaders in achieving program success.
