Ad Hoc Work Sample Clauses

The Ad Hoc Work clause defines the terms under which additional, unplanned tasks or services outside the original scope of an agreement may be requested and performed. Typically, this clause outlines the process for requesting such work, including requirements for written approval, agreement on pricing, and timelines before the work begins. By establishing a clear framework for handling unforeseen or extra tasks, the clause ensures both parties understand how such work will be managed and compensated, thereby preventing disputes and maintaining project flexibility.
