Ad Hoc Reporting Requirements. The Client may request the Solicitor to create and generate Ad Hoc reports on its behalf. The Client is answerable to Ministers and, on occasion, is required to respond to Parliamentary Questions regarding the Client’s Estate on an urgent basis. When requested, the Solicitor shall comply with any such reasonable request in the event information is required under these circumstances. The Client is a public sector body and works closely alongside the Government Procurement Service (GPS) an independent office of HM Treasury, established to help Government deliver best value from its spending. The Client is required to respond to a request for information regarding contracts on a regular basis; there may also be instances where it is necessary for GPS to contact the Solicitor directly. When applicable, the Solicitor shall comply with any such reasonable request in the event information is required under these circumstances. Reporting of Performance Data and Associated Information When requested, the Solicitor shall provide a dashboard facility, updated regularly, mirroring the information and calculations provided. When requested, the Solicitor shall provide the dashboard report to the Client in the following configurations: Individual non-custodial regions; Individual custodial regions; Business Units regions and / or areas; Internal Non-Custodial/Custodial internal regions or areas; Each property with further breakdowns; Any other information requested.
