Acupuncturist Sample Clauses

The Acupuncturist clause defines the qualifications, responsibilities, and scope of services for an acupuncturist engaged under the agreement. It typically outlines the required certifications or licenses the acupuncturist must hold, the types of treatments they are authorized to provide, and any compliance with relevant health regulations. This clause ensures that only properly credentialed professionals deliver acupuncture services, thereby protecting clients and the contracting party from unqualified practice and potential liability.
