Common use of Actuarial Reports Clause in Contracts

Actuarial Reports. As of the date of this Agreement, with respect to the ▇▇▇ Insurance Companies, ▇▇▇ has made available to LMHC all material actuarial reports in SAM’s possession and prepared by actuaries, independent or otherwise, that cover periods beginning on or after December 31, 2018. The information and data furnished by the ▇▇▇ Insurance Companies to its independent actuaries in connection with the preparation of such actuarial reports were accurate and complete in all material respects for the periods covered in such reports.

The information and data furnished by the ▇▇▇ SAM Insurance Companies to its independent actuaries in connection with the preparation of such actuarial reports were accurate and complete in all material respects for the periods covered in such reports.
