Common use of Actual Purchase and Sale Intended Clause in Contracts

Actual Purchase and Sale Intended. All Instructions will be executed on the basis that an actual purchase or sale is intended. Unless otherwise as provided in this Agreement, you must have sufficient Securities to cover all sales and sufficient Available Funds to pay in full for all purchases in accordance with this Agreement. You will fully indemnify SoFi HK against all loss and liability which it may incur as a result of your failure to have sufficient Securities or Available Funds.
