Actual Demand definition

Actual Demand. ADsj means in relation to a Participating Supplier for a
Actual Demand means the demand by legal or natural persons willing and economically able to fulfil the obligations set out in the subscriber contract in effect from time to time for the relevant service, the provision of which is technically and economically feasible.
Actual Demand means the actual quantity of Coal, expressed in tonnes, shipped through the Port of Newcastle using Loading Allocation for the Relevant Period belonging to the applicable Producer.

  • Customer shall authorize Provider to have full access to Customer’s electric utility billing and account information as necessary to measure and validate the Actual Demand Savings provided by the ESS.
