Activity Plan. Activity Management Plan It is expected that the service will have the capacity to carry out operations as they are referred on an Any Willing Provider basis and the Provider must ensure that all referrals are treated within the guidelines for 18 weeks referral to treatment. 6.2 Capacity Review Minimum capacity will be at least 10 cases per month. For the avoidance of doubt this does not constitute a guarantee of minimum numbers of referrals but the minimum number of patients that the Provider is able to carry out cataract surgery on in any one separate calendar month.
Activity Plan. The Employer must develop in collaboration with the Union, through the Human Resources Development Committee, his plan of staff development and updating activities. Activity Plan. Service Provider shall perform, and the Town shall purchase, the services set forth in the Activity Plan attached to and made a part of this Agreement as “Exhibit A.” Service Provider represents that it has the skills and knowledge necessary to conduct the activities provided for in the Activity Plan, and understands that the Town is relying upon that representation. Service Provider understands that the Activity Plan is an integral part of this Agreement and may not be modified except in accordance with the provisions hereof.

  • Business Continuity Plan The Warrant Agent shall maintain plans for business continuity, disaster recovery, and backup capabilities and facilities designed to ensure the Warrant Agent’s continued performance of its obligations under this Agreement, including, without limitation, loss of production, loss of systems, loss of equipment, failure of carriers and the failure of the Warrant Agent’s or its supplier’s equipment, computer systems or business systems (“Business Continuity Plan”). The Warrant Agent represents that, as of the date of this Agreement, such Business Continuity Plan is active and functioning normally in all material respects.

Not later than thirty (30) days after the filing of the first application for Regulatory Approval of a Product in the Copromotion Territory and thereafter on or before September 30 of each calendar year, the MSC shall prepare an annual commercialization plan and budget (the "Annual Commercialization Plan and Budget"), which plan is based on the then current Copromotion Territory Commercialization Plan and includes a comprehensive market development, marketing, sales, supply and distribution strategy, including an overall budget for anticipated marketing, promotion and sales efforts in the upcoming calendar year (the first such Annual Development Plan and Budget shall cover the remainder of the calendar year in which such Product is anticipated to be approved plus the first full calendar year thereafter). The Annual Commercialization Plan and Budget will specify which Target Markets and distribution channels each Party shall devote its respective Promotion efforts towards, the personnel and other resources to be devoted by each Party to such efforts, the number and positioning of Details to be performed by each Party, as well as market and sales forecasts and related operating expenses, for the Product in each country of the Copromotion Territory, and budgets for projected Pre-Marketing Expenses, Sales and Marketing Expenses and Post-Approval Research and Regulatory Expenses. In preparing and updating the Copromotion Territory Commercialization Plan and each Annual Commercialization Plan and Budget, the MSC will take into consideration factors such as market conditions, regulatory issues and competition.
