Activity Fee. All Residents residing in University-owned apartments are members of their respective community’s community association. These associations, via the UHDS billing, charge a fee detailed on the UHDS Common Residence Hall Charges schedule found on the UHDS website: ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇/rates to finance activities and programs for apartment residents. The activity fees are included in the apartment rental rates.
