Activity Date Clause Samples

Activity Date. The term “Activity Date” shall mean, in the event the Executive engages in any Prohibited Activity, the first date on which Executive engages in such Prohibited Activity.

Activity Date. If Participant engages in Competitive Activity, the "Activity Date" shall be the first date on which Participant engages in such Competitive Activity.

Activity Date. The term “Activity Date” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.
