Activity Certification Sample Clauses

Activity Certification. The Grantee shall certify to the State that it will not and has not used Federally appropriated funds to pay any person or organization for influencing or attempting to influence an officer or employee of any agency, a member of Congress, officer or employee of Congress, or an employee of a member of Congress in connection with obtaining any Federal contract, grant, or any other award covered by 31 U.S.C. 1352. Grantee shall also disclose any lobbying with non-Federal funds that takes place in connection with obtaining any Federal award. Grantee shall use Standard Form LLL for Disclosure of Lobbying Activities available at: ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇/fund/grant/apply/appforms/sflll.doc. A completed disclosure must be provided upon Contract execution.
Activity Certification. Following any training session, employment task or any other type or form of work activity, a member shall, upon request of the Fire Chief or designee, sign a statement certifying whether or not the member has been injured while participating in such session, task or activity.
