ACTIVITIES OF THE ADVISOR. The services of the Advisor to the Trust hereunder are not to be deemed exclusive, and the Advisor shall be free to render similar services to others. It is understood that the Trustees and officers of the Trust are or may become interested in the Advisor as stockholders, officers or otherwise, and that stockholders and officers of the Advisor are or may become similarly interested in the Trust, and that the Advisor may become interested in the Trust as a shareholder or otherwise.
ACTIVITIES OF THE ADVISOR. The services of the Advisor to the Corporation hereunder are not to be deemed exclusive, and the Advisor shall be free to render similar services to others. It is understood that Directors and officers of the Corporation are or may become interested in the Advisor as stockholders, officers, or otherwise, and that stockholders and officers of the Advisor are or may become similarly interested in the Corporation, and that the Advisor may become interested in the Corporation as a shareholder or otherwise.
ACTIVITIES OF THE ADVISOR. The services of the Advisor to the Trust and each Fund hereunder are not to be deemed exclusive, and the Advisor shall be free to render similar services to others. It is understood that Trustees and officers of the Trust are or may become interested in the Advisor as stockholders, officers, or otherwise , and that stockholders and officers of the Advisor are or may become similarly interested in the Trust, and that the Advisor may become interested in the Trust as shareholder or otherwise.
ACTIVITIES OF THE ADVISOR. Except to the extent necessary to perform its obligations hereunder, nothing herein shall be deemed to limit or restrict the Advisor's right, or the right of any of the Advisor's directors, officers or employees to engage in any other business or to devote time and attention to the management or other aspects of any other business, whether of a similar or dissimilar nature, or to render services of any kind to any other corporation, trust, firm, individual or association.
ACTIVITIES OF THE ADVISOR. The services of the Advisor to the Series hereunder are not to be deemed exclusive, and the Advisor shall be free to render similar services to others. Subject to and in accordance with the Declaration of Trust and the Bylaws of the Trust and to Section 10(a) of the Investment Company Act of 1940, it is understood that trustees, officers, agents and shareholders of the Trust are or may be interested in the Advisor as directors, officers or shareholders of the Advisor, that directors, officers, agents or shareholders of the Advisor are or may be interested in the Trust as trustees, officers, shareholders or otherwise, that the Advisor is or may be interested in the Trust as a shareholder or otherwise, and that the effect of any such interest shall be governed by the Trust's Declaration of Trust, its Bylaws and the Investment Company Act of 1940.
ACTIVITIES OF THE ADVISOR. THE SERVICES OF THE ADVISOR TO THE RIC AND EACH FUND HEREUNDER ARE NOT TO BE DEEMED EXCLUSIVE, AND THE ADVISOR SHALL BE FREE TO RENDER SIMILAR SERVICES TO OTHERS. IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS OF THE RIC ARE OR MAY BECOME INTERESTED IN THE ADVISOR AS STOCKHOLDERS, OFFICERS, OR OTHERWISE , AND THAT STOCKHOLDERS AND OFFICERS OF THE ADVISOR ARE OR MAY BECOME SIMILARLY INTERESTED IN THE RIC, AND THAT THE ADVISOR MAY BECOME INTERESTED IN THE RIC AS SHAREHOLDER OR OTHERWISE.

ACTIVITIES OF THE ADVISOR. The services of the Advisor to the Company under this Agreement are not exclusive, and the Advisor and any of its affiliates shall be free to render similar services to others, so long as its services hereunder are not impaired thereby. Subject to and in accordance with the Company's Articles, by-laws, the Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws of the Adviser, and any applicable requirements of the Act, it is understood that Directors, officers, agents and shareholders of the Company are or may be interested persons of the Advisor or its affiliates as directors, officers, agents, or stockholders, or otherwise; that directors, officers, agents, or stockholders, of the Advisor or its affiliates are or may be interested persons of the Company as Directors, officers, agents, shareholders or otherwise; that the Advisor or its affiliates may be interested in the Company as shareholders or otherwise; and the effect of such interest shall be governed by the Act.
