Actively Report Sample Clauses
Actively Report. Member shall provide Ballistics, in a timely manner, with all such information and assistance as Ballistics may reasonably require, including but not limited to all information or documentation in the possession or control of Collateral Agent that is requested, subpoenaed or require by other legal process from Ballistics or by any state, federal government, or regulatory authority shall be promptly provided. Member shall also be exclusively responsible to review all agreements and reports generated, calculation methods utilized, and charges imposed by Member’s local, state, and federal laws or those set forth by Members’ legal governing body.
1. Upon request, Member shall notify Ballistics upon a change in Member’s entity ownership or legal status; change in number of employees; Inventory reports, and reconciliation audits through the Management Software System.
2. All loan transactions and Pawn Tickets shall be promptly processed and recorded in the System in a timely, prudent, and ethical manner in accordance with the laws, and other customary practices as indicated by Ballistics. A copy of applicable documents shall be included with each report submitted.
Actively Report. If the pledged or forfeited collateral is lost, destroyed, damaged, or stolen, while in the Custodian’s possession the Member must immediately notify Ballistics in writing by electronic mail read receipt, certified or registered mail return receipt requested, or in person evidenced by a signed receipt of such occurrence. The Member may satisfy Ballistics’ security claim by paying the resale value of the Collateral.
Actively Report. If the pledged Collateral is forfeited or not redeemed within the applicable maturity date of the loan transaction, Member must include such activity in its weekly report to Ballistics during reconciliation.
