Actively Engaged Sample Clauses
The "Actively Engaged" clause defines the requirement for a party, typically an employee or contractor, to be consistently and meaningfully involved in performing their duties or responsibilities under an agreement. In practice, this means the individual must not only be present but also participate in a substantive way, such as attending meetings, contributing to projects, or fulfilling assigned tasks on an ongoing basis. The core function of this clause is to ensure that the party is not merely nominally involved, but is genuinely contributing to the objectives of the contract, thereby preventing passive or minimal participation that could undermine the agreement's intent.
