ACTIVE SERVICING. The Backup Servicer shall be reimbursed for all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses relating to its duties hereunder and under the Existing Servicing Agreement including, but not limited to, those associated with the recovery of Financed Vehicles, liquidation of Financed Vehicles, legal proceedings related to replevin actions or Obligor bankruptcies, mailing costs, title processing, bank charges and insurance tracking.
ACTIVE SERVICING. All fees, expenses and other amounts due the Backup Servicer for each Collection Period shall be reflected on the Servicer Certificate. All such amounts shall be paid to the Backup Servicer on each Payment Date.
