Active Pilot Sample Clauses
Active Pilot. A Pilot who is a Blockholder. Pilots who are management, supervisory (Section 9), on a LOA, layoff or STD/LTD are considered non active Pilots.
Active Pilot. A Pilot as defined in Art 20.
Active Pilot. Every Pilot will be deemed an Active Pilot and will hold an APOS with the exception of inactive Pilots who are: MPs Retired Designated ACPA Representatives (Art 10.09) Resigned Long Term LOA (greater than 12 months) Dismissed (Art 7) GDIP (unlikely to return within 12 months) Terminated (Art 21) Surplus Deceased Furlough or as determined by CMSC.
Active Pilot. A pilot other than a pilot on disability, furlough, leave of absence or disciplinary suspension.
