Active or Regular Member Clause Samples

The 'Active or Regular Member' clause defines the criteria and status of individuals or entities who are considered full participants within an organization or association. Typically, this clause outlines the qualifications required to attain active or regular membership, such as payment of dues, participation in meetings, or fulfillment of specific obligations. It may also distinguish these members from other categories, like associate or honorary members, by specifying their rights, such as voting privileges or eligibility for office. The core function of this clause is to clearly establish who holds full membership status, thereby ensuring clarity in governance and participation rights within the organization.
