Active Assets Clause Samples
The 'Active Assets' clause defines which assets are considered operational and currently in use within the scope of an agreement. Typically, this clause specifies criteria for an asset to be deemed 'active,' such as being deployed in business operations, generating revenue, or not being idle or decommissioned. For example, in a sale or transfer agreement, only assets meeting these criteria would be included in the transaction. The core function of this clause is to clearly delineate which assets are subject to the agreement, thereby preventing disputes over the inclusion of inactive or obsolete assets.
