Activating the Interim PCP. The actual transfer of the client from the client’s current PCP to the plan-designated Interim PCP will be accomplished by the Plan and the Department via an exchange of information that will systematically be loaded into the Managed Care File by the Department. This information will be provided by the Plan to the Department at the time the client letter is sent out. The Department shall process the transfer immediately upon receipt of the information the first month possible, given system cutoff.
