Activating Text Services Clause Samples

The 'Activating Text Services' clause defines the process and conditions under which text-based services are initiated for a user or client. Typically, this clause outlines the steps required to enable such services, such as user registration, consent, or the provision of necessary credentials, and may specify the types of text services covered, like SMS notifications or chat support. Its core practical function is to ensure that both parties understand when and how text services become available, thereby preventing misunderstandings and ensuring proper service activation.
