Neither SSB, in its individual capacity, nor the Owner Trustee will take any action to subject the Lessor's Estate or the trust established by the Trust Agreement, as debtor, to the reorganization or liquidation provisions of the Bankruptcy Code or any other applicable bankruptcy or insolvency statute.
