Common use of Actions Requested by Indenture Trustee Clause in Contracts

Actions Requested by Indenture Trustee. At the Administrator’s expense, until the date on which all Notes are paid in full and this Indenture is discharged, the Trust will promptly take any lawful action the Indenture Trustee requests to (i) compel the performance by (A) the Depositor and the Servicer of their obligations to the Trust under the Transfer and Servicing Agreement and the Additional Transferor Receivables Transfer Agreement or (B) the Depositor and the Originators of their obligations under the Originator Receivables Transfer Agreement and (ii) exercise any rights, remedies, powers, privileges and claims available to the Trust under those agreements as directed by the Indenture Trustee.
