ACTIONS AND PROCEDURES. The original copy of this contract serves for executive merit with respect to the clear duties agreed upon therein, when these become accrued according to the contract and the Colombian legislation. The first copy will serve as base for the effects of the registration in the case that, given the nature and legal regime of the goods object of this contract requires. The second copy of this contract serves to demand the actions by THE LESSOR to recover the possession of the goods object of the contract.
