Common use of Action on Instructions of Banks Clause in Contracts

Action on Instructions of Banks. The Administrative Agent shall in all cases be fully protected in acting or refraining from acting hereunder or under any agreement executed and delivered pursuant to the terms hereof in accordance with written instructions to it signed by the Majority Banks, and (subject to Section 8.01) such instructions and any action taken or failure to act pursuant thereto shall be binding on all of the Banks.
