All steps which must or may be taken by the Underwriters in connection with this Agreement, with the exception of matters relating to termination, waiver and the settlement of any indemnity claim may be taken by you on your behalf and on behalf of the other Underwriters, and the execution of this Agreement shall constitute the Corporation’s authority for accepting notification of any such steps or instructions by you.
