Action by Shareholders Without a Meeting. The Bylaws of the Trust may provide that any action required or permitted to be taken by the shareholders may be taken without a meeting by the written consent of the shareholders entitled to cast such number of votes as would be required to approve the matter at a meeting of the shareholders as required by statute, the Declaration of Trust or the Bylaws of the Trust, as the case may be.
