Act 2019. This landmark legislation commits Scotland to becoming net zero carbon by 2045 and requires us to think very differently about how we deliver services and utilise resources. As a public body NHS Highland need to lead by example in combating climate change and our future proposals will need to be sustainable and deliver a reduction in carbon emissions from current levels.
