Acrobat SDK Sample Clauses

The Acrobat SDK clause defines the terms under which the Adobe Acrobat Software Development Kit (SDK) may be used within the context of the agreement. It typically outlines the permitted uses of the SDK, such as developing plug-ins or integrations with Adobe Acrobat, and may specify restrictions on distribution, modification, or reverse engineering. By clarifying these conditions, the clause ensures that both parties understand the rights and limitations associated with the SDK, thereby protecting Adobe’s intellectual property and providing clear guidelines for compliant use.
