Acquisition Program Management Support. The contractor shall provide a full range of acquisition program management support services to DHS staff and Program Managers. The contractor shall support DHS in achieving acquisition program cost, schedule, and performance goals and compliance with acquisition requirements such as those identified in DHS Management Directive (MD) #1400. Acquisition PM support includes, but is not limited to, the following: • Preparing and implementing templates, models, guides and training • Developing and maintaining databases and executive reporting systems • Developing and implementing program documents, plans, and performance measures • Assisting in program / project financial management processes • Providing training and facilitation • Turnover and transition to a follow-on contractor, if required
